DESCRIPTION:BE-Ex STL and The City of St. Louis are hosting a series of public engagement events to share progress under the Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) program and discuss what’s ahead for Cycle 2. \nThese sessions will share the improvements in building performance since the launch of benchmarking in 2018\, explore BEPS Cycle 2 target revisions based on the local data\, and explore the benchmarking and BEPS process through 2030. \nWhile BEPS Cycle 2 targets are grounded in a standardized\, data-driven methodology\, public input is a critical part of the process. These events provide transparency into target-setting\, implementation timelines\, and compliance pathways\, while gathering feedback that will help inform final recommendations and ongoing program implementation. \nBuilding owners\, operators\, service providers\, and community members are encouraged to participate\, ask questions\, and share perspectives on how BEPS can continue to support efficient\, healthy\, and resilient buildings across St. Louis. \nSee the data HERE
