Designed for buildings already set up in Portfolio Manager, this refresher session focuses on utility data entry, data quality, and compliance with local benchmarking requirements. We’ll also explore how benchmarking data can support internal decision-making, track performance over time, and inform capital planning, along with updates on benchmarking and performance requirements.
This introductory session focuses on setting up a building and meters in EPA’s Portfolio Manager. Designed for new buildings, first-time users, or anyone starting from scratch, we’ll cover required building information, meter configuration, and common setup issues that can cause problems later. This session is not city-specific and provides a foundation for ongoing benchmarking.
