Energy Benchmarking is REQUIRED in the City of St. Louis for Buildings over 50,000sf and in Clayton for Buildings over 100,000sf

Building Owners in the City of St. Louis are required to have their 2024 Benchmarking Data verified by a 3rd party.  This is a simple process for those that keep good records- learn what you need to do in order to make this a breeze!

Bring your data and questions to a free in-person help session supported by BE-Ex STL and OBP staff! This is the easiest way to talk through specific questions or challenges with Benchmarking and BEPS compliance.
