This introductory session focuses on setting up a building and meters in EPA’s Portfolio Manager. Designed for new buildings, first-time users, or anyone starting from scratch, we’ll cover required building information, meter configuration, and common setup issues that can cause problems later. This session is not city-specific and provides a foundation for ongoing benchmarking.
